REV. E. G. HUNT, FORMER PASTOR HERE, DIES IN MT. VERNON

Funeral service was held Staturday at Mt. Vernon for the Rev. E. G. Hunt, 94, an active Methodist minister in Iowa for more than 55 years.

Rev. Hunt served pastorates in Maquoketa, Decorah, Parkersburg, Traer, Belle Plaine, Tama, New Hamptom, Clinton, Lisbon, Calamus, Solon and Grand Mound.

He is survied by his wife and two children.
