FUNERAL SERVICE FOR MRS. ROY TUBBS TO BE HELD FRIDAY

Funeral service for Mrs. Roy S. Tubbs, 62 , who died suddenly Christmas day at her home will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Haylock-O'Hara funeral home. Burial will be in Mt. Hope cemetery.

The former Anna Mae Dillenburger, daughter of George and Anna Dillenburger, was born at Vail, Iowa, June 8, 1889. She married September 30, 1914 in Vail to Roy S. Tubbs. She was a member of the Presbyterian church and a member of Maple Leaf chapter O.E.S.

Surviving besides her husband are one son, Robert K. Tubbs of Maquoketa; three sisters, Mrs. John R. Robinson of Lincoln, Neb., Mrs. Herman Mumm and Mrs. William Jensen of Yutan, Neb.; two brothers, George Dillienburger of Dow City and Kenneth Short of Long Beach, Calif., and one grandchild.
