ROBERT MCTIER, 79, DIES HERE THURSDAY

Robert McTier, 79, died Thursday, March 22, in the Gilmore Nursing home here.

Funeral service was held Saturday in the Harrison funeral home. The Rev. Milton Nothdurft officiated and burial was in Mt. Hope cemetery.

Mr. McTier was born March 23, 1871 at Farley, a son of John and Sarah Gibson McTier.

He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Anna Overley. He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Irma Bruce of Rochester, Minn.
