HENRY F. EASTMAN RITES HELD HERE SUNDAY AFTERNOON

Funeral service was held Sunday afternoon at Haylock and O'Hara funeral home for Henry F. "Dick" Eastman, 93, who died at his home here Friday morning. The Rev. Howard Beil officiated and burial was in Esgate cemetery.

A son of Mr. and Mrs. Norman Eastman, the deceased was born Nov. 14, 1857 in Illinois. He was married May, 1881. He had resided in this community for many years.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Zania Metheney of Oregon, Ill., Mrs. Mae Canvanau of Dubuque, and one son, E. Fay Eastman of Dubuque. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Friends were present for the funeral from Rockford, Ill., Milwaukee, Wis., Oregon, Ill., and Dubuque.
