Marion Bentley, son of Jefferson Bentley, and a former resident of Maquoketa died at the home of his brother, Joe, near DeWitt last Tuesday. The funeral was held Thursday in DeWitt. Mrs. Andrew Johnson, his sister, of this city, attended the funeral. (Maquoketa Record, April 25, 1906.)
