DEATH OF HARRY S. THOMPSON
Harry Thompson of near Fulton, Ia., passed away Friday afternoon following an illness of many months duration.
Mr. Thompson was born in Jackson county and had always made his home in this county. He with his family lived in Maquoketa for many years and a few months ago he and his wife moved to a farm near Fulton, since which time his health failed rapidly. He was married to Miss Rosetta Eastman who with their only daughter, Mrs. Edith Booth of Chicago, survive to mourn his departure. He is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. Addie Baker of Estherville, Ia., Mrs. Goodrich of Texas and one brother, John of Fulton.
Funeral services were held Sunday at Buchner's chapel, conducted by Rev. John Heide of Fulton. Burial was made in Esgate cemetery.
