BELLEVUE — Mabel E. Feltes, 79, of Bellevue, died Friday at Stonehill Care Center, Dubuque. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Bellevue.

She was born April 7, 1927, in Dyersville to Joseph and Christina Meyer. She married Dwaine Feltes on Oct. 15, 1950, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Dubuque.

She was a medical transcriptionist with Medical Associates.

Survivors include her husband; six children, John (Nancy) Feltes of Apple Valley, Minn., Jim (Sharon) Feltes of Burnt Hills, N.Y., Joe (Julia) Feltes of Dubuque, Jane (David) Wills of Galena, Ill., Jerry Feltes of Bellevue and Jay Feltes of Cedar Rapids; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister.
