John Beck, 84, Dies Monday At Preston - Preston (Special) -

John Beck, 84, passed away at the home of his niece, Mrs. Jacob Beck, west of town on Monday, September 3. Mr. Beck was born in Gettengen [sic], Germany, on September 12, in 1850, and came to America in 1869. He was never married. For the past 18 years he has made his home with his niece, Mrs. Beck.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 2 o'clock at Spragueville and burial will be made in Union Center cemetery.
