Jeremy Ronald Tracy, seven months, died Saturday at University Hospitals, Iowa City.
The funeral will be 11 A.M. Tuesday at Carson Funeral Home, Maquoketa, with the Rev. Paul D. Ostrem of the St. John Lutheran Church, Preston officiating. Visitation will be 2 to 9 P.M. today at Carson Funeral Home. Burial will be in Goddard Cemetery , rural Maquoketa.
He was born April 19, 1986, in Maquoketa, Iowa to Ronald and Karen Kruse Tracy.
Survivors include his parents; a brother Jeffery , at home a sister Jessica, of Davenport; grandparents , Emil and Jeannett Kruse. of Preston. and Leonard and Edna Tracy of Baldwin; and great-grandparents, Nick and Lorraine Nosbish, of Bellevue, and Mrs Irene Prusia of Maquoketa.
