Editor Lambert, of Sabula, in speaking of the new ferry boat now in course of construction, for use between Savanna and Sabula, says: "J. L. Kimball will captain the boat and be an equal partner with the writer, in the enterprise. That veteran and thorough engineer, Harry Beesley, will have charge of the engine."
