Stuart Howard Bowman, M.D., residing at Maquoketa, Iowa, in the County of Jackson, State of Iowa, aged 29 years, a native of Iowa, having given satisfactory evidence that he has been engaged in the practice of Medicine and Surgery for five years and has received a diploma from the Hahnemann Medical College, Chicago in the State of Illinois on the 29th day of May, 1913 and having passed a satisfactory examination before this board in Medicine, Surgery and Obstetrics is legally authorized to practice Medicine and Surgery in the State of Iowa.
