Klan Plans Big Klonklave

Jackson County Klan No. 44 is making extensive plans to entertain thousands of visitors at their second annual klonklave to be held in Maquoketa on Saturday, September 12th. Among other features announced on the program are national speakers, naturalization, band concerts, drill teams, robed horsemen, a parade in the evening, followed by the feature picture, "The Fifth Horseman," which is to be shown on the grounds with no additional charge.

Members from all parts of the country are expected to participate in the klonklave and extensive arrangements are being made to entertain the visitors by the local klan. The admission to the grounds, the location of which will be designated by the red arrows will be 25 cents for adults and children under fifteen years are admitted free. Everybody is extended a cordial welcome.
