MILLER, GAMON
Mr. and Mrs. Russ Miller are entertaining a little stranger who came Friday morning and received a very hearty welcome in that happy home. The three little sisters are very proud of their only little brother. Grandma Gamon is assisting in the care of the new grand-son.

HOYT, TOWLE
Walter Hoyt received a unique war souvener picked up on the Argonne battlefield near Romaine, where 21,000 of our boys are buried. It is a large triangle used to sound the warnng of an expected gas attack. It was sent to him by his friend, L.I. Towle, who was a Y.M.C.A. worker in the overseas forces. Mr. Towle was formerly an American Sunday School Missionary for this District, and has moved to Ashton, Ill. as a Y.M.C.A. secratary at that place.

BENDER
L.H. Bender, the E.R. reporter arrived home from Maquoketa Saturday Eve.

O'NEAL
E.E. O'Neal and wife returned on Tuesday from a several days visit to Bellevue.

JORGENSEN
Theo Jorgensen and sister Gusta departed Tuesday a.m. for Bryant, Iowa, where they have been employed.

WIESE, BURKETT
Mrs. Emil Wiese and two children returned Wednesday from a two weeks enforced visit with her people, the Wm. Burketts near Risdon. While on a visit there they were stricken with influenza and we are glad to report them able to return home.
