Dunham House Sold

John Laird has bought of Mrs. J. L. Sloane, the well known Dunham residence property on Prospect street, extending through to Vermont street, excepting two lots on the latter street. This is one of the admired old mansions of our city and is finely located with large grounds. We understand the consideration to be close to $4,000, a bargain. Mr. Laird expects to spend a $1,000 modernizing the interior and intends to move there October 1st and lease his present home on South Olive street.
