Helen L. Broderson Becomes Bride of Harold Feeney
The marriage of Helen Louise Broderson, daughter of Mrs. Edith Broderson of Maquoketa, and Harold Feeney , son of Mr. and Mrs. P. W. Feeney of Sylvia Switch, took place Monday, August 26th at 4:30 p.m. at St. Theresa’s Rectory in LaMotte, Rev. Father Becker officiating. They were attended by Mary Regenwether and Gerald Feeney, brother of the bridegroom.
The bride graduated from Maquoketa High School in 1936 and Maquoketa Junior College in 1938, and the past five years has been employed by Maquoketa Light and Heat Co. The bridegroom has been associated with his brother on a farm near Zwingle.
