NURRE MURDER UNSOLVED

The Nurre murder and its mystery still elicits much interest and inquiry, and it should be investigated by the Grand Jury of Clinton County. It is high time our neighbor county set to punishing perpetrators of some of its flagrant crimes committed within its borders. The estate of Henry Nurre is now in the Probate Court, and B. H. Henningsen, of Lyons, has been appointed Administrator under the bonds of $25,000. The property of the murdered man has been scheduled at $147,500 of which $125,000 is in bankable paper, and the remainder real estate.

Dr. McNeal of Delmar, who is attending Mrs. Henry Nurre, reports her nearly recovered from her recent murderous injuries. It is hoped that she may soon be able to shed light on the mysterious tragedy.
