Civil War Pension-

Mrs. Lottie Dahling, her brother William Swigart, children of Uriah Swigart, a deceased soldier, have just received a pension allowance of $865.00 each, through the kindly intersession of Congressman Hayes, who has secured many thousands of dollars to deserving pensioners during his time at Washington. John Connery has been granted a pension of $8.00 per month dating several years back.
