In Jackson County, on Bear Creek, a New Saw Mill, sawing 1,500 feet of lumber per day.

With 160 Acres Of Land

Of which are 100 acres good Timber for sawing, and 20 acres in cultivation; a new frame dwelling house and barn are on the premises. The situation is excellent for a Grist, as well as a Sawmill, the water power being large enough for both during 9 months of the year. The mill is only 2 miles from a depot of the Iowa Central Air Line R. R.
