The Miles Reporter says that the Hon. W. A. Maginnis, of this city, made a most excellent and logical temperance speech in Miles last Monday evening a week ago, at the celebration of the 1st anniversary of the Reform Club of that town. Col. Rowell addressed the club the two following evenings and many new converts were made.
