Floyd Efferding Returns From France.

Floyd Efferding, son of Mr. and Mrs. T. G. Efferding, who arrived home in Dubuque Thursday after twenty-seven months service as an ambulance driver with the French Army, was met at the depot by a large number of relatives and friends who gave him a royal welcome home.
