Rich & Forte Law Partnership Formed

Messrs. Chas. Rich and Frank M. Forte of this city, haved formed a co-partnership in the practice of law. Both gentlemen are well known as standing high in their profession, and the new firm has our best wishes for success. Of six cases carried up to the Supreme Court during the past year by Mr. Rich, he has been successful in all of them.
