Frank Ralston, aged 23 and Miss Ada Andrew, aged 15, were united in marriage by Justice Cartney, at Dubuque last Wednesday. The contracting parties live at Canton, this county, and they were attended by a couple from the same place, both of whom were under age, the combine age of the four being but 68 years, an average of 17. Rather a young outfit to be out on a matrimonial trip.
