March 16, 1911The will of Claus Muenter, who on Monday evening, Feb. 27th, was shot and killed by his stepson Rudolph Brandenburg, has been probated. All his property, after his wife’s death, is left to Brandenburg. One of his own daughters is cut off with $5 and his own son is cut out of an inheritance altogether. Brandenburg has been bound over to the grand jury without bail on a charge of murder in the first degree.
