Incorporators Carry the Day.

Tuesday an election was held in Monmouth the question of incorporating that burg. There was not a full vote out but enough to carry the day for incorporation. The result was 38 votes for incorporation to 16 against. The majority would have been larger on a full vote. This gives Jackson county nine incorporated cities and villages.
