Maquoketa Sentinel, October 6, 1868:

ROCKVILLE MILLS READY

The Rockville Mills of S.D.Tubbs are now ready, in consequence of the recent rains furnishing an abundant supply of water, to grind all the grain that may be offered. No better flour is manufactured in this county-or the State, for that matter-and that is no idle compliment. Mr. Tubbs always keeps a large supply of flour, feed, &c., from these mills, at his store room on the corner of Main and West Platt streets.
