LOITZ-SCHOCKER

At the home of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Schocker, two miles south of Maquoketa, Wednesday evening, Oct. 7, 1897, at 7 p.m., occurred the marriage of their daughter, Mary, to Albert Loitz. Rev. Geissendoerfer, of Andrew, officiating. About 75 relatives and friends were present and many beautiful and useful presents were received, after which a bountiful supper was served. The young couple will make Maquoketa their future home.
