ROBINSONS WED SIXTY YEARS
Dr. and Mrs. M.A. Robinson quietly observed their 60th wedding anniversary Sunday at their home on South Second street.
Dr. Robinson and Emma Everhart were married Sept. 10, 1890, in Wheatland. The following year he was graduated from the school of dentistry at the University of Iowa. He practiced in DeWitt until moving to Maquoketa in 1896 and retired from the profession in 1941.
Dr. Robinson was 82 on Aug. 2 and his wife will be 80 years old on Thanksgiving Day. Both are natives of Clinton county.
They have six children, Manford of Detroit, Mich., Mrs. O. H. Cuddy of Iowa City, Millard of Clinton, Mrs. R. D. Baker of Decorah, James of Arcadia, Kans., and John Q. Robinson of Maquoketa.
