MARRIED IN DUBUQUE
Miss Hattie Hancock and R. J. Carlat of this city completely surprised their many friends by stealing away to Dubuque Wednesday morning where they were quietly married. They will visit relatives in Monticello before returning to Maquoketa where they will reside in the groom's home in the Fourth ward.
