Leo Reed of Sabula entered a pleas of guilty to a charge of illegal possession of liquor when he appeared before Judge W.L.Keck in district court here Monday. He was fined $300.00 and costs.
Reed, a Sabula tavern operator, waived preliminary hearing before Justice Clifford Miller Saturday and was bound to district court.
Reed's establishments, raided Thursday night of last week by state agents, yielded open bottles of whiskey and gin, the agents reported.
