Jackson Sentinel, Maquoketa, Iowa, Feb. 7, 1889

On Friday last, J. E. Goodenow sold to Dr. A. B. Dobson the business lot between New Era Hall and the Metropolitan Livery Barn, 35 feet frontage, 120 feet deep and a block of ground 20x25 feet in the rear of New Era Hall for a consideration of $1, 000.00.
