LIEUT. COL. G. W. KELSALL of the First Cavalry Regiment of the Iowa National Guard of Canton, was in town Tuesday on his way to attend the soldiers reunion at Clinton. Col. Kelsall will probably be presented to the Republican convention next week as a candidate for Representative.
