-Dr. J. B. Carter has arrived and taken rooms at the Decker House, where he will remain six months, for the purpose of treating diseases of the eye and ear, and all chronic diseases. The doctor has practiced a lifetime in Europe and this country. Making a specialty of ailments of long standing he has given them study and attention impossible for a family physician to give. Sufferers, do not abandon hope until you have tried his treatment.
