Judge Howat

Judge Howat is now holding his last session of court in Jackson county and perhaps the last term he will hold in the district. A throat trouble has prompted him to change his location to one of higher altitude and he will soon move with his family from Clinton to Salt Lake City. There he will resume the practice of law and expects to enjoy better health. It is with regret that many members of the bar see Judge Howat leave the bench of this district. After receiving his resignation his place will be filled by the governor.
