Tombstone reading

I'm wondering if anyone lives near or goes to Champion Hill Cemetery, if they could check the tombstone for "Mary E. Swayze" and let me know what is written on her tombstone. I believe she's my 2nd great grandmother. I'm been searching for years for her grave by internet and no luck till maybe now. Her maiden name was "Mary Ann Berry" and she married Edmund Swayze. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much for your help!
