Looking for leads about two Irish Brothers, who settled & started a community called Madden's Flats in 1843, in British North America, then crossed over to the United States, and lived in Johnson-Plymouth Counties in Iowa.(hornwick ?)

(My Name Sake Patrick. Family ..moved West again to Oregon.........)

I\ve traced these great uncles from Galway,Ireland to Iowa.....1843-1871..so far, Daniel is born in 1822,(Ire) Patrick in 1826. (ire)lived in Madden's Flats, Studholm Parish, kings county, New Brunswick, were both Married, with families, they sold land back to great grand father, and moved West. Madden's Flats, is now knows as Waterford ,NB. (Parents were William Madden-1776-1851.(Galway).buried on Dortey hill--now Polley Mountain,NB. His wife was Ellen Donlan--born in Roscommon..Ire.1776-1878..buried beside her husband.
