Hello, Dear Genners!
Time has come to solve the big mystery of our family: what happenned to the USa branch of the NEIDERMANS?
The story began in 1882, when our greatgrandfather, Aryeh Leib NEIDERMAN/NEUDERMAN (b. 1847, Braile, Romania; Died 19??, Zikhron Yaaoqv, Israel) emigrated with his family to Israel and was one of the founders of Zikhron Yaaqov.
His brother, Samuel born 1850, imigrated to the USA 1890 was Naturalized somewere 1900, his wife , Anna born 1852 arrived in 1891 with two doughters, Netta born 1877 & Rose born 1879.
(The father of the 2 brothers was Yitzhak Zvi NEIDERMAN)
In the census 1900 the family lived at 627 Third, Des Moines Iowa(ED 85, sheet 6b lines 64-67.
Samuel is listed as aLiqor dealers" and owns his business.
In 1910 Samuel become Solomon , he is a widower (when did Anna died?) looking with Edward Jones and family-- at 603 E. Walunt st. Des Mones, his present occoupation "Saloon keeper", owner. (ED 142, sheet 6b, lines 66.
We don't have any connection fron 1906.I need some clue in order to start the searching for our USA branch of the family...
Espacially i need to know to whome did the doughters Netta & Rose married, did they had childrens?
That is my big qoustion, an answer will let me do any searches to find any live realtives.Thanks a lot,
