My paternal grandmother was Florence A. Sage, the youngest child of Levi Sage and Sophia Smith Sage. My research is a work in progress and I don't have any add'l info on Mable yet, but I'm curious about Sophia's first name of Elizabeth. Where did you find that information?

I've also come across the name TURNER in Sophia's name - whether that's an additional middle name or not I can't confirm. Her headstone has Sophia Turner Sage.
