Help in finding great grandmother

For almost two years I have been trying to locate my great grandmother. Her maiden name was Celestine Dower until she married my great grandfather Owen L. Courtney. They divorced in 1920. Celestine (sometimes went by Listine)remarried in 1926 to a Charley Wiggins. My last finding for her was 1930 in Ottumwa, Iowa, city Directory. She was born in 1862 in Ohio. Lived in Agency, Iowa until she divorced Owen L. Courtney. Her marriage to Charley Wiggins took place in Lancaster,Missouri in 1926. Charley was born in Iowa.
