I did a lookup and here is what I find:
Ohio Methodist Cemetery near Ladora

Raffensberger, Samuel, 5 Jan 1877, Row 19, Age 35 yrs 4 mos 16 days; GAR marker
McAdams Janet, 20 Aug 1890, Row 19, Age 64 yrs; wife of Thomas
McAdams, Thomas, 1833-1910, Row 19

I'm not sure if the surnames are wrong or not.
