There is a biographical sketch of George McLeod, a Hilton area stock farmer and breeder of short horn cattle and English Shire draft horses, b. 21 September 1863, on pp378-380 in History of Iowa County and Its People, Dinwiddie, 1915. The bio contains information on his wife Nora E Reed and their seven children including Keithia Dell McLeod. I have a scan I can send you if you haven't seen this yet. Please let me know.
