Hi Jean,

If you have a look at the Iowa County website, you will be able to find a map showing Lenox Township. Yes, it is on the Benton County border near Norway and the township still exists. Click on the 1875 map here: http://iagenweb.org/iowa/maps/.

You can also do a search from the main page to see if you can find anything else.

I don't know about possible schools or school records. Perhaps someone else will know.
