Hello,

Researching Elizabeth Tschudi. Born ca. 1837 (probably not 1842 on her tombstone). Married Noah Wilkin 1858 in Dubuque. Lived in Clarence, had 12+ children and died in 1878. Cannot connect her with Tschudis in Dubuque, but I suppose it is possible. Cannot find an immigration record and Swiss cantons indicate I do not have enough info to work on from their end. Can anyone connect my Elizabeth to their Tschudi line? I so want this lady to have a family. I'm sure she had a hard pioneer Iowa life. --from Janie, in Portland, OR
