Beverly E. Kuddes formerly of Williamsburg passed away Saturday, November 26, 2022, after an extended illness at the age of 79 years. Beverly was born the oldest daughter to William and Betty (Campbell) Hormel on September 22, 1943. She graduated from West Liberty High School and then the University of Iowa. On September 17, 1966 she married Norman J Kuddes Jr. to this union they have sons, Norman Joseph (Joe) and William Russell (Rusty).

Beverly worked for the University of Iowa until retirement. After retirement she continued to work for Thrivent Insurance with Willis Wolfe for 22 years. In her free time Beverly enjoyed quilting, trips to the Iowa State Fair, West Liberty Fair and spending time with her family in West Liberty Iowa. Beverly was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Williamsburg.

Beverly is survived by her son, Joe (Connie) Kuddes; grandchildren, Ashlea Matthes, Jen Hupp and Brad Hupp; great grandsons, Alexander and Lincoln Hupp; sisters-in law, Janice (Dick) Hendrickson, Mary (Harvey) Horn and Carol Kuddes and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Norman in 2018, son Rusty in 2021, sister Joyce in 2014, brothers- in-law Harold and Frank.

A Celebration of Life Service will be 2:00 pm on Saturday, December 10, 2022, at the Powell Funeral Home in Williamsburg. Visitation will be from 1:00 to service time at the funeral home.
