Son of the late Otto Schenkel and the late Maude Brown Schenkel.
He married Mary Jane Fetzer on Aug. 24.
Bob is survived by his wife, Mary Jane Fetzer Schenkel of Normal; a daughter, Sandy (Tim) Waltner of Mackinaw; a son, Steven Schenkel of Mackinaw; a grandson, Stephen Schenkel; and sister, Maude Baugh, Normal.
He was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters. Adolph, Donald, Clarence, Ralph, Lynus, Lillian Wiggers, Florence Littell.
