Robert Danskin Died 14 Aug In Puerto Rico
Robert Danskin 62, died after five days hospitilization in the hospital in San Juan Puerto Rico, Wednesday Aug 14, 1963. Funeral services were in the Hoover-Valentine Funeral Home, Marengo. Burial was in the Ladora Cemetery.
Pallbearers were nephews of the deceased, William, Don, Clyde, Kenneth, Frank and Eugene Danskin.
Mr Danskin was born Sept 18, 1900 at Marengo, the son of George and Edith Bigger Danskin. he received his education in the Marengo schools and was a member of the First Methodist church.
Preceding him in death were his parents and four brothers. Survivors are two brothers, Carl and Ralph, Marengo, nieces and nephews.
The deceased lived most of his life in the Marengo vicinity, but due to poor health moved to Florida about ten years ago and the past eight years he resided in Puerto Rico.
