Celebration of life for Richard "Rick" Ronald Reeves, Plainfield, was held Sunday, March 5, in Plainfield. He died Febrary 21 2017.

He was born Sept. 7, 1936 in Estherville, the son of Chester and Myrtle (Randolph) Reeves. He grew up and received his education in Plainfield.

He married Marge Dietz on Feb. 22, 1959. The couple lived in the Waverly area before moving to the Marengo aea where they ran a wood turning and wood spinning wheel business.

Reeves is survived by his wife, Marge Reeves; brother, Royce Reeves; sister Bobbie Reints and several nephews and nieces.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Roger Reeves.

Per Iowa Cremation
There will be no visitation or funeral services but there will be a celebration of his life on Sunday March 5th, 2017 from 2 to 5 pm at 707 Main Street in Plainfield, IA
