Vynn E. Cipolla, 67, of Marengo, died on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids.

A memorial gathering will be held from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at the Smith Funeral Home in Victor.

Vynn was born on January 13, 1949, in Long Beach, California to Harriet Tanner Adcock and Vincent Bohlman. She has lived in the Marengo area since 1984. Vynn enjoyed a quiet retirement; filling her days with gardening, working on crafts, researching family genealogy and communicating with friends and family via social media.

She will be remembered by her daughter, Cassandra (Richard) Smith of Mobile, Alabama; her son, William Cipolla; two grandchildren, Brett and Shelby Green; her sister, Katherine (Keith) Reese of Neptune Beach, Florida; as well as her nieces, nephews and cousins.

Vynn was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Sharon Stone.
