LUZERNE: Arleen L. Hirsch, 68 of Luzerne died December 29, 2015 following a sudden illness. Funeral Services were held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Belle Plaine.

Arleen Martin Hirsch was born July 2, 1947 to G. Arlyn and Violet [Cooperider] Martin in Marengo Iowa. She married Robert O Willey, JR in 1966. They had three children. Amy, James and Heather. She divorced and married Charles A. Hirsch in 1980. The family grew and Debbie, Becky, Charles JR, David and Jared all joined the family.

She had many career avenues. The most memorable was the ACCC, at the Tanger Factory Outlet Mall, in Williamsburg. Her wit and quick thinking helped establish the mall. Her presence was a positive light for all she encountered. After retiring she cared for many family members until their passing. She was known for dedicating her energizes to helping others. May she rest in peace.
