Graveside service for Eileen M. Moore, 91, Williamsburg, was held at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25, at Forest Cemetery, Oskaloosa. She died Tuesday, Sept 22, 2015, at Highland Ridge Care Center, Williamsburg.

Eileen Marie Moore was born Sept. 7, 1924, near Rose Hill, the daughter of Jennings and Elizabeth (Quarton) Hansel. She graduated from Oskaloosa High School.

She married Darrell R. Moore Nov. 10, 1940, in Lancaster, Mo. The couple lived in Texas for 30 years. She had lived in Williamsburg the last four years.

Moore is survived by her daughter, Alice (Art) Moore, Williamsburg; six grandchildren, Mandy (Andy) Hughes, Sherry (Kevin) Eich; Lori Brown, Wendy Reeder, Jodi Musgrove and Tim DeRooi, and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, in 2004; her parents; one daughter, Barb DeRooi, and a son, Larry Moore.
