Charlie Snow, 67

Memorial service for Charlie H. Snow, 67, Millersburg, was held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 29, at the Millersburg United Methodist Church. He died peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, Monday, April 21, 2014, at his home.

The Rev. Michelle Williamson officiated at the service.

There was no burial at this time.

Charlie H. Snow was born Aug. 23, 1946, in Washington, the son of Henry and Mary Anders Snow. He grew up in the Washington community and served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War.

He married Sandy K. Moore Aug. 7, 1993, in Washington. They made their home in Washington, North English and for the past seven years, in Millersburg.

He worked many years for the Gulf Pipeline near West Chester, was a truck driver and had lately served as officer in charge at the Millersburg Post Office.

His passions in life were his family, old motorcycles and working on motorcycles with his close friend, Gary Hash, Brooklyn. He was a member of the Millersburg American Legion.

Snow is survived by his wife, Sandy; five daughters, Annette Snow, Albia; Wendy (Kevin) Bridges, Laneville, Texas; Shelia Greene, North English; Christine Mullin, North English, and Stephanie McCauley and fiance Steve Myers, Cedar Rapids; 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, three brothers and one daughter, Tammy Snow.
